| What type of payments do you accept? |

Our secure server encrypts credit card information across the internet.
We accept these credit cards: AMEX, VISA, MC, DISCOVER
But if you prefer not to pay online, just finalize your order and select payment type by check, money order, or on account. Print out the invoice, then you may:
* Phone your order in to 800-613-0454
Only when ordering 7 or more items.
* Fax your order in to 800-672-9985
* Send a copy of the invoice attached with a personal check (allow 4 days for check to clear).
* Send a copy of the invoice attached with a money order.
* Pay on account if you have an account with us.

| When will my credit card be charged? |

In most cases, we charge your credit card after order is shipped. At times, we charge the card after order is delivered.

| Do I have to pay sales tax? |
| |
Sales tax is charged for all orders being shipped to New York State unless you supply us with a tax exempt certificate, resale certificate, or you're a governmental agency.
If shipping to NYS and you are tax exempt, place the order and then fax (800-672-9985) or email your tax exempt certificate. We'll remove the sales tax charge from the order and resend you the new invoice. |
| I need a copy of my receipt/invoice. |

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices. If you ordered anonymously, send us an email to request a copy. We'll fax or email you a copy of your invoice. At time of order, you have the option to print your invoice and an automatic order confirmation email is sent to you. |
| When will my credit appear on my account? |
| |
Credits are usually issued within 2 business days from the time we receive your item(s). We'll send you email confirmations informing you that we received your return. It takes (3-7) work days after we issue your credit to appear on your credit card statement. |
